+ Ojara Cirlo comes from Pagak clan.People of Pagak clan are said to have come from Bunyoro. They are a part of Luo who crossed into Bunyoro, conquered it and set the Luo- Babito dynasty. It is likely that power wrangles resulted into some of these people to move into Acholi. They crossed lake Albert and followed the Nile up to the fertile lands of Lakang and Mbana. They met a small group of people called Palakwee. These people were friendly. They welcome their visitors. Seeing that the visitors were greater in number and also more advance in military organization, the hosts surrendered their power to the visitors with Pagak's chief being in control of both clans. These people lived together until the British interrupted them and relocated them to areas around Kaladima where they live up to now. When the British finally allowed people to move up to Amuru, some members of Pagak clan moved there while others have remained near Kaladima
